Hi Frank, last time I checked there were questions around diagnosis, current symptoms, tiredness etc. Unfortunately due to COVID I never got to look any further, as seamus states, there is a travel insurance group
Try Insurewith - they have been great for us, husband has metatastic prostate cancer which is beyond treatment now plus blood pressure issues and they have just insured him for a Caribbean holiday for £280, a lot but a whole lot less than we have previously been quoted - good luck and enjoy your trip!
Can't recommend anyone, but recent personal experience with Jet2 suggests that my associated travel insurance can go ahead, They simply won't insure me for anything specifically related to the cancer. As others have suggested, I'm sure if you pay a steep enough premium it'll be possible to get cover.
