I am halfway through three years of hormone treatment. My knee arthritis has got a lot worse since starting prostap. I went to see my GP who arranged four physiotherapy sessions and a steroid injection. She said knee replacement surgery is out of the question while I am receiving prostate cancer treatment. Two months after the steroid injection the effects wore off and I can only walk with the aid of a stick. The exercises I was given by the physio are now painful to do. I am desperate to maintain my mobility but have been told I must wait four months between steroid injections. Sorry to go on.
Has anyone had knee replacement surgery while on prostap.
