Erectile Dysfunction

It’s been 18 months since my non-nerve sparing prostatectomy. The next stage is to deal with achieving an erection to sustain intercourse. My appointed specialist is o. Long term sick, so drugs are on “hold”. Meanwhile, can anyone out there recommend a vacuum pump they have confidence in? It seems a nightmare of dealers out there who give no confidence, and I don’t want to buy rubbish. You help would be a blessing…

Also, can anyone comment on effectiveness of Alprostadil and injections, please? Indeed, anything that works after non-nerve-sparing surgery.

thanks in anticipation.

  • Hi Chris, see my post above and follow this link www.IMEDicare.co.uk I have the SOMAerect Response II prescribed by my GP after recommendation from ED clinic.

  • I purchased a penis pump on Amazon at a good price. To stay away from junk make sure it has a handle pump with a pressure gauge.   Also, I use an injection called Trimix   It works great for me to get hard but I am unable to have an orgasm when I use it. Gets really hard but kinda gets numb. Is good for your wife's pleasure however. Good luck!
