This is for anyone who can't keep on the topic. It's hard not to stray, but if we have 'no specific topic ' we can't go off topic.
It is good just to be able to wander and talk about other things.
I could have named it 'Waffle'. Then I couldn't go off topic.
Gina, I had my Tilt Table yesterday. I was all wired up, the slightest fart set the screens off, like an earthquake. Tilted up to 70%, getting my neck massaged, she was trying to stop my blood flow, more like.
I have to go back in a few weeks for some more tests.
Steve (SteveCam)
How Often Are Tilt Tests Positive? A positive tilt test is one that elicits a response, such as fainting, pre-fainting, low blood pressure, high or low heart rate. Studies of tilt tests have shown that in those patients that have a history of fainting episodes, around half will have a positive test. Hmm, so if any of these happen, then you have a positive result it would seem. Looks like a form of torture,
Any form of test where you are told not to eat or drink for 4 hours beforehand is torture for me!!
(And yes I had to google it too and look at the images for a tilt table - to be fair the success rate isn't to high!).
Let's hope you get some results and a solution to the problem Steve.

We love the Northumbrian Coast. The UK is so large with different areas of beauty but people are very parochial and stick to what they know or Bonkydorm!!

yup - will celebrate the end of radiotherapy for sure but my birthday is the following weekend!
Day 18 done and dusted! Very tired this evening as we had radiotherapy followed by his ophthalmology appointment. Then I had a meeting to attend! Never a dull moment!
