  • Hello

Any reduction in your PSA is a plus - it depends on how long you have been on HT for, but it's going DOWN and therefore the HT is working.

    Best wishes - Brian.

  • Hi Admiral. You say ""chose not to have op as they can’t give me hormone therapy or rt or chemo"". Can you claify please - did you turn down the option of RALP op BECAUSE you cannot have any other treatment ?? Also is there a reason that you are aware of that your PSA has gone down?? It would seem that PSA results can vary from time to time. eg I believe a high level of excercise before a blood test can raise the level. Could that be a reason for your first higher level?

  • I’ve had testicular cancer twice loads of radiotherapy and chemo as it was dogtooth therapy cannot have it again so if I have the op and they don’t get all the cells out they don’t know how to deal with it I had 18 cores 14 are cancer so I’m hopeing as they have stopped testerone injections and I have none in me it will become dormant
