I have just been diagnosed with t2c prostate cancer and my fiance seems more concerned about not being able to have penetrative sex
Obviously if sex is important to you both , you should think seriously about avoiding surgery , which has the highest risk of ending penetrative sex for you. But you do have a tumour in the heart of your sexual machinery and there is no treatment which will not risk affecting the ability to have an erection , or your interest in sex . You may be suitable for one of the less aggressive radiotherapy techniques which are more focussed on the tumour . Bill
