To all of you who have supported me with your kind words, thank you.
My wonderful husband lost his battle 2 weeks ago. Please spread the word on checks and symptoms, such a cruel disease.
Good luck to all keep fighting don't lose hope,
Hi,
I'm really sorry to hear about your husband. I have tears in my eyes writing this.
When I was diagnosed last May I found the Prostate Cancer group very supportive.
I went from not knowing anyone else with Cancer to most of the people I am in contact with now have one sort or another.
I never thought it would happen to me.
I'm a lot stronger now mentally than this time last year.
Be strong.
Steve (SteveCam)
I am so sorry for your loss.
It brings home the seriousness of this disease.
I joined the group when I was diagnosed last July.
Up until last March I just thought getting up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet was just a sign of old age.
I never expected to spend my 66th birthday in an MRI scanner.
Since then I have spoken about PC to all my family and friends. I regularly update my Facebook page with my progress to bring home to everyone to get checked regularly.
Once again please accept my condolences for your sad loss.
