Well, PSA results are back and it's up again as expected, now at 3.80.
Further blood tests ordered to test my testosterone (I can tell them it's back without a test ) and liver and kidney function and a PSMA PET Scan is being ordered.
I will keep you all updated - I know now after 3.5 years why they call this a "journey"
Thank you all for your comments and good wishes and continued support across the entire Community.
Best wishes

Dear Brian, you were and have remained very supportive to me and countless others in their journeys. We are all here for you too. I have learned so much on my journey from you, AW and many others to help me cope with my situation which is ongoing. You’re a very inspirational, strong man and my thoughts and prayers are with you on your continued journey and for the best outcome. Good luck with the PSMA scan and keep us all posted. We are here for you. With warm wishes, John
Hi Brian !
I’m so sorry to see that you have a possible recurrence but from what I understand you’ve expected it yourself because of the slightly higher PSA even being on hormone therapy.
Sounds like a good plan, having a PSMA Pet Scan and with your PSA there is very good chance that it shows up, if having a recurrence
I know the feeling when having facts that the cancer is possibly still there. But, there are lots of treatments still on the table and depending on what the scan show, doing a good combo of modalities the cancer can be kicked into a real submission
So, you have many fans and friends here on the forum sheering for you and wish you the best in the fight against this ugly beast
Hi Brian - sorry to hear this and you, especially, have been an inspiration in my personal journey since it started in January last year. That said I’m guessing this is an expected uptick after finishing HT and your team along with your positivity will prevail! We share a similar diagnosis in the G9 Club and I wish you well as you embark on the next stage of your journey. I for one will be looking forward to good news and thank you and all the people on here for all that this wonderful group does for the PCa Army. We’ve Got This ️

Thank You to everyone who has posted in the last 24 hours - your support means so much. The PSA rise is no surprise and to be honest I have been expecting it for a couple of years.
Life goes on as normal for me - it's not going to get to me and there is normal service at Millibob Towers!!
I will keep you up to date as and when I have further news.
Thanks again - you are a great bunch to have around for support.
Kind Regards - Brian.

So bloody well annoying!!!!!!! Well we are becoming quite seasoned and wise in knowing about this cancer and how it behaves and thankfully we understand that there are great treatments to knock it right back again. It may be a journey, but this road has many miles to go, you’ve just hit a bump along the way.
Best wishes and hugs to you and Lorraine
