Well, PSA results are back and it's up again as expected, now at 3.80.
Further blood tests ordered to test my testosterone (I can tell them it's back without a test ) and liver and kidney function and a PSMA PET Scan is being ordered.
I will keep you all updated - I know now after 3.5 years why they call this a "journey"
Thank you all for your comments and good wishes and continued support across the entire Community.
Best wishes

Hello Everyone
Thanks for all the good wishes - it's the usual - waiting for the scan, waiting for results, waiting for a plan -I have had 3 years peace away from meetings and waiting results (apart from regular PSA's) - I just want to know where the little sods are and get them exterminated.
Was good to see you sat for a few bevvies.
Yes Simon - I enjoyed Saturday - I think we covered everything from football to politics and even Prostate Cancer!! It was great to meet you.
Kind Regards - Brian.

Hello Aboniskin
Thank you for the message. Yes I was expecting a rise in my PSA. Once we find out where the little sods have gone on holiday in my body my team can come up with a treatment plan.
Having had a chat with my team yes that's one option open, however the next stage of treatment will depend on Monday's scan results.
I hope your treatment is going well and wish you all the best with your remaining cycles.
Best wishes - Brian.

Hi Brian,
I really hope that if the scan reveals anything it is easily treatable. I’ll check back to see how you get on.
I’m finding the chemotherapy manageable and each cycle I learn to adapt to it better. I know everyone reacts differently but if you do have to go down that road I can give you the benefit of my experience for what it’s worth.
All the best, Tom
Hello Tom (Aboniskin)
I am pleased you are dealing with the Chemotherapy well, and thank you for the offer of support.
From day 1 my outlook was I am going to get the better of this - and I still hold that thought. I am more than happy to have any treatment that will bring about a positive solution.
Best wishes - Brian.

Brian, I've just seen your Que Sara Sara thread about your PSA, 3.80 Wow! Sorry it's taken me so long to find it.
I don't reckon the Testosterone test is that good, mine came back at over 28 last February, don't know how, nothing works! Think I have a loose wire somewhere! No no, not in my head...well!!!
Fingers crossed for your other test results when you get them.
It was just last year wasn't it when you were still under 0.2??
Give Lorraine a hug from me and ask her to give you a hug from me, sounds crazy doesn't it! But you know what I mean...
Stay positive, I know you will!!!

Brian Millibob can they put you back on the dreaded Hormones again?? At least the hormones keep your PSA down...
But that would be back to Hot Flushes and everything else!
