Well, PSA results are back and it's up again as expected, now at 3.80.
Further blood tests ordered to test my testosterone (I can tell them it's back without a test ) and liver and kidney function and a PSMA PET Scan is being ordered.
I will keep you all updated - I know now after 3.5 years why they call this a "journey"
Thank you all for your comments and good wishes and continued support across the entire Community.

Hello Peter (Guern017)
It came as a surprise to me too!! We know the buggers are there, they are hiding at the moment.
I am cool with it all - I know I am a bit of an odd case so happy to go with the flow - hence the thread title "Que Sara Sara".
Kind Regards - Brian.

Hi Brian, this is probably the best outcome possible once you know the PSA has been rising above where it should be. I hope the ‘little buggers’ decide not to bother you for a good long while. If they do raise their ugly heads above the parapet you know for sure that there’s plenty of ways of knocking them back down again :) The secondary message accompanying any type of cancer diagnosis iIs that we all have to live life to the full while we can. Carry on enjoying your family, your holiday home, your football, your dogs and everything else - life can still be good xxx
Thanks for the update Brian, long may the little buggers continue making themselves scarce! All the very best to you ️
Fabulous news! We are all very pleased to hear that.
Enjoy the sunshine and have a lovely weekend when it gets here.
Hi Brian. That’s good news Glad to hear it. All the best. Simon
Ah Millibob That sounds good, sort of positive?, but the way to go. BW just had a blood test and it seems Zoladex without the Abiraterone is holding his PSA down steady. The Consultant then said, "think we can leave you for 4 months and see what happens, I'm ok with your PSA going up to 4 before we scan you." Honestly every time we go there's a change of plan and those months waiting in-between are so long...
Same thing, original PSA says it's there, but where is it.
What can you do. I guess get a grip and fill everyday with things you love.

Hello Lorraine
I was buzzing when I left the meeting - but why not ring me, You know, scan clear - retest in 3 months lets find the buggers when they get back off holiday!! Instead I had a 2.5 week wait and the head honcho is there to tell me no real news.
I think me and Mr BW are being used a a pair of lab-rats!! .
On a positive we are both good.
(just booked to go back to our pad in Turkey 17/7 to 19/8 - happy days).
Kind Regards - Brian xx
