I would like to start doing pelvic floor exercises before my operation to remove my prostate. I have seen various devices on websites that say they can help with the exercises. Can anyone recommend any devices that they found helpful?
Hi Alwayshope, I have looked at the Squeezy app on the play store and it just says it's for women. Do you know if it is any good for men?

I've been using it, not for incontinence, but to control urinary symptoms during and after RT - mainly urge incontinence.
It is a real help, even now the symptoms are subsiding.
