Hi to All
I have been on Zoladex since 2019 and apart from mood swings all is not too bad.I was told that Hormone/Zoladex treatment can be stopped after five years.Has anyone else heard this?

Hi Derek,
It’s hard to believe you haven’t seen a consultant since 2019, it feels wrong. Is it an ageism thing? I feel you should be having a regular PSA and then some scans maybe. I mean I don’t know as I’m not medical but well worth asking for a thorough checkup and review at this point .

Derek, I find it very strange that you don’t seem to be under any consultant. Who is supplying the HT? Whoever it is should be reviewing your prescription, I would have thought. Maybe start by chatting to your GP. David
