Abiraterone and SABR radiotherapy further info please

Hi Really sorry to hear about your diagnosis.

•  Sorry I couldn’t comment on SABR Radiotherapy 
• I was diagnosed with psa of 3761 in May this year 
• I have only had a hormone injection 4 weekly 
• l get hot flush sweats from these
• The Arbiraterone I am also on taken with prednisolone 
• I have not had any side effects at all my psa is holding at 2
• My doctor said it’s remarkable to come down so much 
• So I’m lead to believe that you’re lymph nodes can produce small amounts of testosterone the Arbiraterone stops this from happening it’s a brilliant drug.
• i am in Scotland and it’s available through NHS
• Hopefully it will become available where you are to 
• Stay strong and fight everything all the way don’t ever give in to cancer.

It was just to say I was watching the news recently about a chap with prostate cancer.

He is purchasing Arbiraterone which he said it’s a game changer for him.

its is costing him £250 for a month’s supply through NHS England.

And he doesn’t understand why it can’t be available there.

Ps there’s no way I could afford this myself so grateful that way.
