Can any one say if my results ie 3+4=7. Staging T3b N0 locally advanced high risk prostate cancer means it has come outside my prostate to lymph node’s? Just confused as a Macmillan nurse said it had when I spoke Friday to her, cheers
Hi Jonny - T3b = "The cancer has spread to the seminal vesicles" (these produce and store some of the fluid in your semen). However N0 means no cancer can be seen in the lymph nodes.
Ask a Nurse may well be able to answer the question better than me but that's my understanding of your diagnosis. (Just click on the link above to post your question).
I hope this helps.
Best wishes - Brian.
