Hi guys this is a strange one but my husband was started on Fentanyl patches 100mg last week and im starting to smell a strong ketone smell when im sat next to him
He isn’t diabetic but I’m wondering if anyone else have experienced this smell of ketones with their prostate cancer?

I hope that the patches are helping your husband.
Are you able to contact his CNS/doctor to ask about the ketone smell? You say he isn't diabetic but I wonder if they would want to check for an infection? Might be worth giving them a call to have a bit of reassurance.
Alternatively you could give the Support Line a quick call and ask advice from one of the nurses.
