Here is a link to GenesisCare you can phone them and ask, there are several up and down the Uk and they have state of the art equipment. But I can imagine treatment must be similar where ever you go. NHS or Private? hard to say, I always find the waiting times are the worse thing rather than the actual treatment. Let us know what you find out.
