After being diagnosed 9th Jan 2023 and deciding on surgery as a treatment plan, we have been in limbo waiting for a date! (See bio for details).
We finally have a date for this coming Saturday (15/4/23) after being told an ever changing timeline! My husband is understandably nervous, but also keen to get on with some treatment at last and to get the op over and done with now! We have chased for a date by phone every fortnight to no avail, but after I persuaded him to email them last week (thinking that something in writing might be harder to ignore), we had a surgery date within 48 hours! His pre op consultation is tomorrow afternoon and hopefully the Drs strikes won't now delay things any further.
