Having had 10 cycles of Docetaxel with stable results I have just switched from Prednisolone (10mg) to Dexamethasone (.5mg). Mainly because of bone pain after coming off Prednisolone.
I've heard of some positive results from this switch. Does anyone have experience they would like to share?
