I was diagnosed 2 years ago from a TRUS biopsy having low grade 3+3 Gleason , put on AS , had regular PSA currently 5.8. Just had transperineal biopsy under GA, Had a call today , 31 samples taken and no cancer cells found. However, something called ASAP detected again non cancerous , so staying on AS with regular PSA and MRI if needed.
