Diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer March 2020, first course of action was hormone injections which brought psa down to 3.5 from 350 then onto enzalutamide tablets which brought psa down to 0.07, it has been that reading for 16 months now. Yes I get bone pain and fatigue but manage to live with it. Seen oncologist and he's happy with my body's response to the treatment and asked me if I would like to drop from 4 tablets a day to 3 tablets the aim is to have a better quality of life, if psa rises or no improvement in pain etc then I'll be put back to 4. So I'm in a dilemma I'll be worried if psa rises or mentally worried if new pains occur. My question is has anyone else been dropped from 4 to 3 tablets if so was there an improvement or did psa rise, just don't know what to do.
