I have been prescribed Sildenafil 100mg by the hospital but only had the chance to use one tablet the results of which were somewhat disappointing, do i persevere for a few more attempts, has anyone used Sildenafil at this strength and then switched to something more effective?

  • ask about / see if you can try  Vardenafil

  • Hi, have you tried both for ED?

  • i have tried them all Vardenafil is the best for me,, ask your doctor for any info..

but remember you need to want to have sex ..not because he/she wants it

  • Thank you,  I'll speak to my gp,  my partner is very understanding  there is no pressure on us to rush things but it would be nice to get back to some sort of normal.

  • I understand your experience with Sildenafil 100mg. When I first tried it, I also found the results a bit underwhelming, which can be discouraging. However, I discovered that sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right dosage and timing for optimal results. If you've only used it once, it might be worth giving it another shot a few more times, ensuring you take it under the right conditions—like on an empty stomach and with enough time for it to take effect.

That said, I’ve personally had more success with Vardenafil. I found it to be more effective and quicker in onset compared to Sildenafil. Vardenafil often works well for me, providing a more consistent and reliable response. If you continue to feel that Sildenafil isn't meeting your needs, it might be a good idea to discuss Vardenafil with your doctor as a potential alternative. Each medication affects individuals differently, so it’s all about finding what works best for you.

But in any case, whichever drug you prefer, it is important to use both high-quality Siledenafil and high-quality Vardenafil, for the best effect and minimizing side effects.

  • Maybe ask to try Tadalafil 5mg regularly or a higher dose for a one-off Wink     AW
