Flushes and agitation

Night time flushes can be a devil, especially in this weather, unfortunately it’s the hormone treatment mixed with the enzalutamide, I’m on enzalutamide had chemo etc. I take gabapentin for the yips as I call them, look it up on the net, they do help takes a few days to a week to kick in.

Hi Joe, yes we all have the same side effects, best if you talk to your oncologist or Macmillan nurse as there are a number of ways to get relief.

Guess what lads according to my wife I was yipping last night, not as server as some night so she didn't wake me, Yippy

Sorry I cannot offer you any help but hopefully other members can. I get a Protap injection every 3 months and I`m also on Abiraterone daily. I feel I am fortunate as far as hot flushes are concerned as they only last about 2 mins max & only happen about 2/3 times a week. You and everyone else who suffer from prolonged flushes have my sympathies though.
