Any PSA reading at 0.2 or above and remaining or increasing indicates biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer. Given it’s 18 years approx since removal it is quite likely cells on the prostate bed. I would request an enhanced pelvic MRI, bone scan and PET/CT scan to try and see if they pick up where the cells are. Have you been referred back to urology and oncology?
I'm due to get another PSA test Tuesday and see consultant Thursday I trust all will be revealed. In the current state of things getting seen is a plus
