just finished my 6 cycles of chemo & awaiting radiotherapy. But psa not gone down to less than 2 or 1 which is expected. Scans clearly show good response . Nodes no uptake and prostate reduced in size . Psa is 4 now from 50.3 . Just wondering if they would not give radiotherapy? Bcos psa has not dropped to less than 2 . Anyone in similar position before ? Thanks
