Last Prostap

I had my last Prostap 3 injection of a three year course in June so am now three months into withdrawal. So far it has all been positive. Hot flushes have reduced to almost nothing and (with the help of a low-carb diet) I have gone down from 84.4kg to 78.4kg. Most of that has gone from the belly. My dangly bits are also beginning to return to their previous size. The testicles had shrunk to about half the diameter and the penis had also lost about half its length.

During the three years I have developed type 2 diabetes (not helped by taking Cyproterone Acetate for hor flushes). I have been monitoring short term blood sugar for the last two months and it seems to be going in the right direction. I won't get another HbA1c blood test until February or March when I'll know if the long term blood sugar is also going in the right direction.

When my erections started to return about six months ago I did suffer from rather painful Peyronies's Disease but that too is now clearing up.

Your Prostap journey is very similar to mine - including the diabetes problem.

Your experience after stopping Prostap sounds very positive so, fingers crossed , mine goes the same way!
