Hi I am 67 and I have the above readings and am 80% through my radiotherapy with minimal side effects. I have received 5 monthly injections with 1 to go next month. Has anyone similar readings that. can advise their outcome going forward?
Hi,
Now that your diagnosis is firm and you've had your RT, the most important predictor of outcome is your TNM score.
Tumour stage? / Extension to lymph nodes? / Metastases?
I take it the injections are hormone therapy; have they said that they'll stop with the RT?

Heinous
If I can't beat this, I'm going for the draw.
Meanwhile, my priority is to live while I have the option.
Hi B2020
I was similar to yourself ,PSA 12, Gleeson 3+3, had Radiotherapy 20 sessions.
Cancer was confined to the gland, I assume that yours is the same?
Going forward, when treatment is finished it will just be a cycle of monitoring the Psa, 3/6 monthly to begin with and then yearly if the PSa doesn't start going up again.
Best wishes
