Peritoneal Cancer diagnosis (aged 81) - any experiences with immunotherapy?

I was diagnosed with Peritoneal cancer a week ago.

In April 2025 I had a right hemicolectomy, but didnt require any further treatment.

Have felt discomfort for the last month, and had C.T. scan early January this year.    Have been told I cant have surgery, or Chemo ( as I am 81). Now waiting for appointment to see Oncologist to discuss Immunatherapy.   I was wondering if anyone else has had this treatment  same age group as myself, and how did they cope ?

Thank you, for any info you can give me.
