Niraparib and fatigue

I was diagnosed with Primary Peritoneal Cancer in May 24, I had 12 rounds of chemotherapy and eventually the surgeon agreed to do surgery which I had in December 24, I was told that they had managed to clear all visible signs of cancer and even saved me from having a stoma .

i recovered well and because of the vast amount of chemo I had had they didn’t want me to have the mop up chemo . I was started on Niraparib and have completed 2 months, on the whole I haven’t had too many symptoms, I have neuropathy of my feet and trying to learn to live with it, but the fatigue and shortness of breath is awful, just wondering if this will be a permanent thing, I just want to wake up and feel refreshed instead of no energy, it’s been a long road so far and the mental health side of it is very hard.
if anyone is on this path it would be good to share your experience.
