40 odd years ago when I was at University this piece of graffiti appeared. A simple little phrase but one I keep on coming back to when things get rough. Whatever has gone on in the past may be affecting you but try to gain pleasure from something new. A silly example is it is pouring down at present and how my garden is in need of rain.,
Not easy when you are uncomfortable or your treatment doesn’t seem to be progressing. I have been there. For me I also visualise diving trips I went on . I spent nearly 20 years travelling up and down the country and abroad diving and currently not allowed to. However I remember a lot of them well and that helps. So too does other memories. So please try and look for something good when you feel down.
