My dad is an 80 yo male who had whipple 5 months ago and has vomited bile at least once a day since. It usually happens in the middle of the night while sedentary. He takes very little nutrition orally and is on TPN at night for 12 hours. He has tried reglan, octreotide, pepcid, protonix, sucralfate, zofran with no relief. Surgeon says he doesn't need pancreatic enzymes since he has no diarrhea. I'm considering purchasing some over the counter just to give it a try so any suggestions on a brand and how much to take would be appreciated. Anyone experienced something similar with the daily vomiting and lack of appetite long term and have any suggestions?

That all sounds very unpleasant for both your dad and you and I can understand why you wonder if buying over the counter pancreatic enzymes is something that you're considering.
