My husband had whipple 9 weeks ago but hasn’t decided on chemo is anyone not having chemo and doing ok?

I’m Anne, one of the Community Champions here on the Online Community, and my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 7 months ago. He had chemo immediately, as the tumour was too close to a vital blood vessel for an immediate operation to take place, so not the experience you're looking for. However, I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet so responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list again.
While you're waiting for replies, it would be great if you could put something about your husband's diagnosis and proposed treatment into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It sounds like you're going through an incredibly tough time. Unfortunately my husband's chemo didn't shrink the tumour so he's currently on a chemo break before starting a different type.
