I’ve recently discovered that my dad (my world) has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. We found out days before his 75th birthday which was on sunday. I’m struggling to cope. Everyone tells me to be strong, but I feel like crying the whole time. How am I going to find the strength to deal with this?
I have the same diagnosis. My sister and I cry together but we spend time together doing the things I enjoy. Drawing watching comedy planning meals. Most of the time as a sufferer I just want to be" in the moment 'as the past and future are just too painful. We have also started playing board games such as scrabble. Hope that helps x
Kazen, thank you so much for your kind words! Your advice was very helpful. I wish you all the very best and wish you many wonderful times ahead. Lots of love xx
