started bleeding in April of this year have had 2 biopsies in the past few months both showed polyps which have been removed

still slightly spotting had a thorough hysteroscopy under GA yesterday and surgeon found growth on fallopian tube being sent for biopsy having to wait 4 weeks for next appointment

just would like to know if anyone else has started the fallopian journey

thank you

  • Hi Karenelizabeth

    Welcome to the Online Community.

Yes, this group is the best one to post in. Fallopian tube cancer is normally diagnosed and treated in a similar way to ovarian cancer.

I am sorry to hear that you have been having some bleeding and a growth has been found on your fallopian tube. It is hard waiting for results and most people on here will understand how you are feeling. It is hard to focus on much else and you just want to know.

I will pop a link here that may be of help- although it is only the biopsy results that will confirm whether or not cancer is present, it may be helpful to have a bit more information, in case it is. I know when I was waiting for my diagnosis of endometrial cancer- I wanted information about what may lay ahead and what the next steps may be.
