Hi,
I'm new to the group. I had Fallopian Tube High Grade stage 3 diagnosed 11 months ago. I had very extensive surgery followed by 6 courses of Carboplatin and Paclitaxel. I'm now six moths after chemotherapy and still feel tired and have continuing tingling in the feet. I also get very anxious. Just wondering if anyone else has these problems.
Hi MNTY,
welcome to the group, and sorry to hear you’re still suffering these side effects from chemo. I’m only 1 month post chemo myself, and also suffering with tingling feet and feeling more anxious than used to (although maybe we all are after 15 months of lockdown ).
For the feet I’ve been recommended Vitamin B6, which I’m now taking, and also lavender and chamomile essential oils for soaking and massage. Not sure it’ll do any good, but I guess it won’t do any harm either ! I did read that it can take 3-6 months for the tingling to start to improve, so hoping you will turn a corner and start to feel better soon.
Wishing you all the best,
Bx
