Hi. My partner has recently been diagnosed and we are both feeling overwhelmed by the news. Guess I'm looking for support and advice so I can be as supportive as is humanly possible

Hi Thespian welcome to the online community, but very sorry to hear of your partners diagnoses. I am not at all surprised that you are both feeling overwhelmed by this. It certainly comes as a shock.
My cancer is different to your partners, and I am sure you will get lots of good advice here in the ovarian cancer group. I just also wanted to sign post you to other support groups where you could reach out and connect to other people who are caring for loved ones with cancer.
These are both very supportive groups. It is important to look after yourself, whilst you are caring for your partner.
Wishing you both all the very best.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
