Hi,
I am new to this forum having just been diagnosed with stage 2b high grade Ovarian cancer. 6 years ago I had breast cancer and found comparing notes with others at the same stage of treatment very helpful especially with regard to chemo side effects. (breast cancer now created forums each month so you could join up with others at the same stage of treatment)
I should be interested if there is anyone else out there that has had two types of cancer - is it worse second time around?!
Nellie
Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community
I'm very sorry to read that you've just been diagnosed with ovarian cancer having already dealt with breast cancer 6 years ago.
I don't have the experience you're looking for but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. By replying to you it will 'bump' your post back to the top of the discussion list where it'll be more easily spotted.

Hi Nellie I have just had emergency surgery to remove my ovaries as I had Krukenburg tumours. A secondary from my bowel cancer in 2019. I am on Raniltrexed chemo. 8 cycles over 6 months. It's devastating to get a secondary diagnosis, I am still trying to process it all. If you read my profile you will see I am no stranger to cancer but that doesn't make it any easier. Best of luck to you.
