Hi everyone, I just found this forum even though it may be too late but I'll never give up the fight. Last year, my niece, at the age of 30, was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. She had Clear Cell Carcinoma, an aggressive form. She went through chemo. It didn't help. She was put into a trial, supposedly to target the cells. That didn't help. She slipped into fourth stage and became considerably weaker. She travelled to the Mayo clinic and even they couldn't help her.
As long as she is still around, I, nor her parents, will give up trying to find something to help her. Miracles happen every day, and it's a cruel injustice to sit around just waiting to be taken away from your loved ones.
Hi and a warm welcome to the online community
I'm sorry to hear that your niece was diagnosed with ovarian cancer but you're right to never give up hope. New treatments for cancer are discovered all the time and you never know what's just around the corner.
