Hello I am new hear and going through chemo which is awful
Hi and welcome to our corner. Sorry to hear your treatment is awful, but at times it has to be as it’s dealing with an awful disease.
You say NHL Stage 4.... there are actually over 60 types and subtypes of Lymphoma. To allow us to help better a few questions:
What is your exact NHL Type? - I have/had Stage 4 Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (Skin Lymphoma)
What treatment are you having and how many cycles? - I had...... now that could be long so hit my name Thehighlander and see my story.
What are you finding the hardest about your treatment - I found the Fatigue got me during my main chemo.
Looking forward to walking your journey with you.
Hello Highlander,
I have diffuse large b-cell of the bladder and stomach. I am having r-chop and just had my 4th cycle.
I have found pains in my feet the worst thing of treatment and to top it all I have Covid 19.
I have read your story and you have come through a lot.
Stronger together
The pains can be a challenge, my Peripheral Neuropathy was mainly in my hands so had two small hand sized rugby balls to work my hands. Had some pain in my feet but did walk as much as I could.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
