I have just completed 4 rounds of Rituximab. No issues with it apart from the fact I now have running nose, blocked sinuses & running eyes!

Tried everything to help it but to no avail.. I work full time in an office and I am just constantly blowing my nose & trying to stop the runny eyes..

Any help would be appreciated..

Thanks

  • Hi again  and well done you so far.

Have you lost any of your hair?…… you most likely have lost the hairs inside your nose…. this will most likely be the main reason for the challenges you are having…… this will improve as the hair grows back,

  • Sorry to hear of this. Rituxan is an antibody and some patients suffer allergic reactions from its use. You might call your team and mention the reaction. In some cases, Rituxan has been administered via subcutaneous injection to reduce or avoid the allergic response.
