Hello after a long gap. All is well with me, in remission and doing well. However the same can't be said of the cat who has rampant fleas. Has been treated at vet and I have a strong flea spary but I'm wondering if it is safe for me to use in the house, even though I'm not currently under treatment? If not, any recomendations? I know this is a bit wide of the mark but could do with some help! The spray is called Indorex Defense.

May thanks in advance, out now but will check in later

  • Hi again , sorry to hear about your cat.

I had a look online and it says Indorex Defence has no known side effects in humans, dogs or cats”……. but I never trust the words ‘no known’!!!!!

I am sure that the manufacturer has a contact number/helpline to ask questions…… I would think you would would need to follow the instructions as detailed with the product….. my understanding is that this works on surface contact rather then inhalation. But if you ensure that you cover yourself up well, gloves, mask and fellow the instruction then leg it out for a very long walk it will be ok Thinking

  • Yes a friend suggested putting the cat out and locking cat flap for re-entry, then spraying the house and rapidly exiting for a few hours so that is what I will do tomorrow. I also looked online but got very conflicting reports... as is often the case. Thank you for your reply, as always.
