The weekend has been manic as we were getting ready for a new kitchen going in - starting today!!!!!

2 hours in and the kitchen is empty!!!..... and we are off to stay with our daughter for a 3-4 days

Hi Mike well worth a listen, I guess it makes it very real for those who don't understand, re the kitchen, did that earlier in the year so good luck, ours dragged on due to German plumbing being different to UK and as would be, just needed one part that was not in the kit when plumbing in the sink even though the plumbing kit was included. 

Our kitchen is also from Germany (Hacker) but the company that is doing the job are the main agents/filters for the Highlands and I have been assured that all will go well....... I will tell you in a few days

The good thing is they do ‘all trades’ so no waiting around for a plumber not to show up!!!!....... the lad in charge of the job is an ex student I had 25 years back and he was a ‘good hand’ back then.
