Hi there,
On 10th December 2023, I was given the good news, my lymph nodes and spleen had shrunk sufficiently to be in remission.
A few days ago, I discovered a large swelling in my left breast. This is a new symptom.
Because of the holiday period, I haven't been able to get any advice.
My question is, has anyone else experienced this, and if so, was it caused by Waldenstroms, or by something else entirely?
Hi again Nan Nan good to hear that you have received good news but frustrating that you now have an unexplained swelling.
Over the many years I have helped out on here and on the Lymphoma Action Support Platforms I have talked with many people who have had this problem in many areas of the body including the breast area.
I am 8 years out from treatment and when I get an infection or a bug my lymph nodes will rise and fall.
I hope you can get an appointment and get this checlectic out quickly.
Thanks Mike,
I appreciate you replying.
Take care
Dawn (Nan Nan)
