does anyone else feel abandoned by their medical team? i was told wearing a necklace and lipstick was a good sign of cancer recovery last week by the surgical reg. i would also like to say hello since i cant find the right bit to do this with on the forum.

I just replied to your earlier post and you have posted in the right place to say "hello".
I'm sorry to read that you feel abandoned by your medical team and I can't believe that you were told that "wearing a necklace and lipstick was a good sign of cancer recovery". Have you spoken to the PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) at your local hospital about your feeling of abandonment and the comments made by the registrar?
