Old age
I’m 81 and am in my 42nd ,28 day cycle, (3rd year) of Lenalidomide & Reduced Dex - Multiple Myeloma Cancer treatment and am in remission.
For my pain management my GP has me on Pregabalin and MST, morning and evening which controls it wonderfully.
I try to control my sleep to maximum of 6pm to 6am every day, I could sleep much longer without any problem.
To help my energy I walk the dog every morning pushing my walking frame and in total manage, my phone tells me, 3000 steps each day.

He is still in hospital and really struggling with pain and anxiety. I will aim to inspire him by letting him know your situation!
