Hi just want to post a positive post my husband who was 51 at the time fit n heathy not Poorly or anything but was on bp meds possibly hereditary they said, was diagnosed with stage 3c melanoma it was 1 year ago it was a growing mole on his stomach he’d had the mole for years then it started to change months before he went to the doc it was like a raspberry but kept bleeding long story short it had spread to 4 lymph nodes under his arm so they took the mole and nodes away and offered immunotherapy so glad he chose the tablet form as it meant if he caught covid or anything he still had his meds great news is he’s not had any big problems with the meds some days tired but that could be just life in general we have a 4 yr old daughter he’s 10 months in and we’ve had a call from doc saying he’s so pleased with his progress as a lot of people have struggled with the meds 2 months to go then tablets stop he will still be having scans n checks but so relieved atm so to anyone thinking of having immunotherapy tablets go for it if you can my hubby fully recommends them he says only downside is your restricted to times of the day for eating but it’s a very small price to pay for no side effects fingers crossed and praying this horrible disease doesn’t rear its ugly head in the future good luck n god bless all of you who are fighting this terrible disease x
