Hi!
I had Stage 1B melanoma last year. SNLB & WLE. All was well. I've now got a large black patch (1cm) appear under my skin on the heel of my foot. It looks and feels like a blister but I put a needle in (sorry if you're squeamish) and nothing came out. It appeared about 3 weeks ago. What do you think? I know you're not all qualified to give me a diagnosis and I will try to see a gp but you know what that's like these days. Just am wondering.
TIA
Hi Fifitrix1
As you have recently been diagnosed with melanoma you shouldn't need to see your GP for a referral but instead ring your SCNS on Monday and she/he will arrange to see you or make an appointment with your consultant depending on the protocol at your hospital.
Hopefully it'll be nothing but it's always best to get anything new checked out.
Let us know how you get on
Thank you. That is sound advice. I hope you're well.
Yes, everything's great at the moment. Thanks for asking
