Last week I had the all-year to be in remission, wahoo!
But, 7 weeks ago I had some lymph nodes removed from my arm pit.
This week the breast on the same side has gone very tender and sore, has anyone else had this?
hi
I can only refer to my own experience but I had my lymth nodes removed from my right armpit in Feb this year … my right breast is also tender and sore .. it also seems bigger than the other … Iv been checked out by my GP and nurses and it’s suggested that it may be cause by the lymth fluid and I have now been referred to the Lymphodema nurse
kind regards Sun
M. Marsden
Thank you for this! I did suggest at the doctors it could be that, but they didn't seem convinced. They said to take ibuprofen.
With this in mind I'll give it a couple of weeks and go back.
Hi Bostinwench,
I had lymph nodes removed from my armpit too. No lymphoedema but six months on it feels tender and aches by my breast sometimes. I find I can't lift as well using that arm (full kettle). Nothing that causes a big problem though.
When I had my check up this week I did find that after the nurse checked that armpit it was sore for a couple of days.
