Hi Cable, I’ve had 56 doses of Pembro and only once had that side effect, I had been given some tablets by the nurses in case it occurred. If it’s occurring often and he’s loosing weight I wondered has your husband spoken to his team. They need to know and might offer a change of medication for the diarrhoea, or give diet tips. I only once had a side effect that delayed treatment for a week and that was when I had an all over body rash.
