Hope you all are well. After having my WLE and another biopsy on a separate mole on 3rd February I was talking to my surgeon today who told me my margins were clear and the mole was benign!
Happy days and the best news I could wish for!
I just have one question though that might sound a little stupid, so apologises in advance.
Do I still have skin cancer? Or am I in a remission of some type?
I know I’m going to have follow up check ups and looks at my skin with my nurse etc. But what can I tell people now? I still have Melanoma? Or I did have it and now I’m in remission?
Sorry for the stupid question, just all this talk makes me confused.

That's great news that both your WLE and recent mole biopsy were clear!
This means that the cancer has been removed and you are NED (no evidence of disease).
