I am stage3 melanoma, shin and groin lymp nodes! I am now awaiting biopsy of a spot on my face and a lesion on my leg ,could this be a spread from leg, or another primary, its a bit worrying thank you. Betful

I'm sorry to read that you're currently waiting for a biopsy of a spot on your face and leg. I know how horrible waiting is.
I think the simple answer to your question is that it could be either a new primary or a spread but your SCNS would be best placed to advise you based on your medical history.
I'll be keeping everything crossed that these new lesions turn out to be benign.
